A Kansas Library eCard

The Kansas Library eCard (KSLC) is a free service provided to Kansas residents by the State Library of Kansas in Topeka. Each KSLC is valid for three years and may be renewed upon request.

To obtain a Kansas Library eCard, you will need to provide proof of Kansas residency. An existing Wichita Public Library card may be used as proof of residency. Contact any Wichita Public Library facility to provide proof and obtain a Kansas Library eCard.
