Collaboration and study rooms are available at select Wichita Public Library locations. These are spaces designed for small groups and individuals. Room sizes vary, with the largest of these rooms designed for a maximum of 8 people. For medium to large group gatherings, consider renting a meeting room instead.
Collaboration and study rooms may be reserved on a first-come/first served basis beginning one week before the desired date. One reservation may be made per day for up to two hours. There is no charge for these reservations. Some rooms have equipment for in-room screen sharing or videoconferencing. To see a list of rooms and equipment, and to book a room, use our online reservation system.
Due to demand, a reservation may be cancelled if the room is not occupied within 15 minutes of the reservation start time. When not previously reserved, rooms are available on a first-come/first served basis.
The sensory room at the Westlink Branch may be reserved once per day for up to one hour. When not previously reserved, the sensory room is available on a first-come/first served basis.
