The Wichita Public Library offers meeting rooms for rent when these spaces are not reserved for Library-sponsored events. Meeting rooms are available to groups or individuals, with some exceptions.
To request a meeting space, use our online room booking system or contact your desired location. By submitting a request, you confirm that you have read and agree to our meeting room rental terms and conditions.
Some Wichita Public Library locations have rooms designed for individuals or small groups. These rooms can hold only a few people. For medium to large group gatherings, consider renting a meeting room instead.
At Alford and Evergreen, these smaller rooms are available on a first-come/first-served basis.
Due to high demand, the collaboration rooms at the Advanced Learning Library can be booked up to one week before the desired date. One two-hour reservation may be scheduled per day. A reservation may be cancelled if the room is not occupied within 15 minutes of the reservation start time. To reserve one of these rooms, contact the Advanced Learning Library or use our online reservation system. When you arrive for your reservation, check in with the Library staff stationed near the room you have reserved.
